R&B singer Euricka "The Golden Child" New Orleans hottest princess called Makeup Artist Brandy Gomez-Duplessis to work with her again for her new music video "Crunk" featuring rapper Juvenile. BGD was not available for the first video but Euricka made sure she called BGD as soon as she had her date so she could lock her date in with BGD. BGD and Euricka have worked together on a variety of events starting from when Euricka herself was a model. Euricka called upon her top glam squad for this new video. "I was so proud of Euricka" says BGD. " "Our call time was very very early and she was on time and Euricka was so professional the entire time on set" says BGD. |
Euricka fashion stylist for this video was Little John who works with Tyra Banks' UPN TV show America's Next Top Model this season. BGD gave Euricka a variety of different makeup looks, still keeping her soft and fresh. BGD used a bronzer for one of the scenes to keep up with Euricka's golden skin. Euricka is so in demand that other cities are calling her to do radio interviews. |
For Euricka's 3rd look, fashion stylist, Little John, and his assistant Ms. Jackson wanted a more elegant and sexy look. So BGD gave Euricka a softer look makeup application instead of going for the typical smoky eye. Choreographer Michelle Gibson came up with some amazing dance steps for the video but had to only be in certain scenes because our Michelle is pregnant. Euricka and rapper Juvenile worked very well together and they actually go way back. Euricka used to be New Orleans' feature girl in many of No Limit and Cash Money videos. It's good to see Juvenile supporting Euricka. |
For Euricka's 4th look, her glam squad, BGD, Little John and hairstylist Nia hurry to change her look. This is the stileto scene where it's nothing but girls. Little John pulled out the bling jewerly and a great black club dress that you have to have the right body to wear it. Euricka new hair color was done by Nia, she wanted a new color because everyone always compare Euricka to Beyonce because of the blonde highlights. |
For the last scene BGD wanted to add color to her eyes so she used a variety of shades of green. BGD used all of her own makeup and it looks just as good as M.A.C. colors on film. The last scene of the day was the dance scene that was amazing. Choreographer Michelle Gibson again did such a great job with the routine. I think New Orleans us going to be very proud of their local princess on this video. She really did an excellent job putting it together. So look for "CRUNK" coming to a music video show soon. |
